摘 要:目的:探讨并评价个体化饮食控制对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法以2010年7月~2013年7月本院收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象。按照随机分组的原则将60例患者随机分入观察组和对照组接受治疗,每组均有30例患者。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上接受个体化饮食控制治疗。对比分析两组患者在血糖控制水平以及妊娠结局方面的差异,以明确个体化饮食控制对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平以及对母亲妊娠结局的具体影响。结果治疗前,两组患者在空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖方面的差异不具有统计学意义(P〉0.05)。治疗3周后,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均降低,但观察组患者降低程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者妊娠期高血压疾病、早产、羊水过多、产后出血、产褥感染发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论个体化饮食控制对控制妊娠期糖尿病孕妇病情进展、改善产妇的妊娠结局有重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of individualized diet control in the pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes. Method 60 patients with gestational diabetes were divided into the objective group and control group from Jul 2010to Jul 2013. The conventional treatment and nursing plan was used in all the patients. The individualized diet control plan was additional used in the objective group. The blood glucose control effect and the pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the objective group were lower. The rate of complications was less in the objective group. The blood glucose control effect and the pregnancy outcome were better than those in the control group. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use individualized diet control in the pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes, with better blood glucose control effect and the pregnancy outcome.
