摘　　要：从明确管理职责、重点专科策划、人力资源控制、过程监视与控制、基础设施与工作场所控制、满意度控制以及持续改进等方面,阐述了依据ISO9001质量管理体系建设重点专科的主要做法。重点专科从零到有,各项指标逐年上升,促进了医院整体发展。The main measures in development of key specialties department based on ISO9001 quality management system were indicated from aspects of clear management responsibilities, key specialist planning, human resource control, process monitoring and control, infrastructure and workplace control, satisfaction control, and continuous improvement. Key specialty departments were developed from zero with indicators increasing by year, which promoted the overall development of the hospital.
