摘　　要：对某院2013年第1期至第8期医疗质量管理简报的质控效果进行分析。医疗质量管理简报具有内容全面、质控指标系统、质控方法科学的特点。简报可作为三级肿瘤医院质量管理的重要载体,有利于持续改进医疗质量管理水平,可凸显医院特色,可在质量文化建设中发挥重要作用。The changes of medical quality management briefing from the first to the eighth edition in 2013 and quality controlresults were compared and analyzed. The briefing became more comprehensive, quality control indicators became more systematic, and quality control method became more scientific. Medical quality management briefing can be taken as an important carrier of quality management, which will benefit continuous improvement of health care quality management, highlight the hospital characteristics, and play an important role in the quality culture construction.
