摘　　要：目的将内科医师工作内容细化,通过专家咨询获得各项工作的标准工作时间,作为工作质量控制标准之一。方法通过文献回顾法、现场观察法、专家咨询法,分解内科临床医师工作内容,通过三轮专家咨询获得各项工作的标准工作时间。结果采用标准工作时间,对内科临床医师工作质量进行控制,有效规范了医师医疗行为,有利于医疗质量持续改进和医院可持续发展。Objective To subdivide physicians＇workload into specific work projects, then get the theoretical standard time - consuming as one of the quality control specification of physician by consulting of specialist. Method To get the theoretical stand- ard time - consuming under the premise of guaranteeing quality by literature review and questionnaire survey combined with consuiting of specialist. Result Through the work quality control by the standard work time of physicians, the treatment behavior of physicians was effectively controlled which was conducive to continuous improve of the quality of care and the hospital＇s sustainable development.
