基于影响因子和被引频次的科研论文分析研究

摘　　要：目的以上海市10所高校附属综合三甲医院"十一五"期间发表的SCI论文为研究数据,进行科研能力分析。方法重点对医院第一作者发表论文的被引频率、学科分布、期刊影响因子、年份、文献类型等指标进行定性分析。结果 10所医院以第一作者发表在影响因子>10的期刊上的论文共175篇,其中研究论文28篇,占16%;10所医院作为第一作者单位发表的被引用(含自引)超过10次的论文共612篇。结论医院科研备受重视,科研论文数量与质量逐年提高。但各医院科研发展不平衡,创新性重点学科较少。建议医院应加强重点学科建设及科研支撑平台,积极培养专业人才。Objective To evaluate the research and innovative ability of ten university affiliated hospitals through SCI papers during the “ 11 th Five - year” period. Method Qualitative analysis on cited frequencies, subject distribution, journal impact factor, publication year, type and other indicators of SCI papers by the ten hospital as affiliated address of the first author. Result A total of 175 papers with first author from the ten hospitals published in the journal with impact factor above 10, including 28 （ 16% ） original study. There were 612 papers which had been cited for more than 10 times. Conclusion The research in hospital was paid attention on, furthermore, the quantity and quality of research papers improved yearly. However, the research devel- opment was unbalanced with less innovative key disciplines. The disciplines and research platform should be developed with emphasis, and the medical professionals should be trained.
