白木通醇提取物体外抗肿瘤活性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究白木通乙醇提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用乙醇回流提取制备白木通醇提取物,以MTT法检测白木通醇提取物对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721、BEL-7404,人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-1的生长抑制情况。结果:白木通醇提取物体外对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721、BEL-7404,人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-1有抑制增殖作用。结论:白木通醇提取物具有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。To investigate the anti -tumor active of the ethanol extract from Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.var.australis （Diels）Rehd.in vitro.Methods：Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.var.australis （Diels）Rehd.was extracted by reflux in 70%alcohol .MTT assay was used to investigate inhibitory growth effect of the ethanol extract from Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.var. australis （Diels）Rehd.on human hepatic cancer cells SMMC-7721、BEL-7404 and Nasopharyngeal cancer cell CNE-1 cancer . Results：The ethanol extract from Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.var.australis （Diels）Rehd.inhibited the proliferation of hu-man hepatic cancer cells SMMC-7721、BEL-7404 and Nasopharyngeal cancer cell CNE-1 in vitro.Conclusion：The ethanol ex-tract from Akebia trifoliata （Thunb.）Koidz.var.australis （Diels）Rehd.have certain anti-tumor effect in vitro.
