摘  要:以基因型差距较大的水稻品种沈稻11和沈稻47,研究分析硅对不同基因型水稻茎鞘、叶片中铅化学形态的影响。结果表明:两个品种水稻茎、叶中铅皆以盐酸提取态为主,氯化钠提取态次之。当铅浓度为800 mg/kg时,沈稻47茎、叶中各形态含量均高于沈稻11;随着外源硅的加入,铅各形态含量降低,乙醇和去离子水提取态比例显著下降,说明硅能缓解水稻中铅的毒害作用。The effect of Si on chemical form of Pb in two kinds of different genotypes rice"Shendao 11"and"Shendao 47"under pot-plat-ing were studied using gradient centrifugation and sequential chemical extraction. Besides the control, various forms of Pb in rice stems and leaves, the state dominant is extracted by HCl, followed by sodium chloride. When Pb is 800 mg/kg, various forms of Pb in"Shendao 47"is higer than"Shendao 11";With the addition of exogenous silicon, reducing the content of Pb fractions, ethanol and deionized water extractable ratio decreased significantly, indicating that silicon can relieve the toxic effects of Pb in rice.
