重整油族组成分析准确度的探讨

摘　　要：本文对AC公司提供的reformulyzerM3对重整油族组成分析的准确度进行了探讨。根据样品分析需求,选择AC公司推荐的PIONA的分析方法,对以石脑油为原料通过催化重整生产芳烃的重整油(脱丁烷塔底液)进行了测定,将其与DHA方法的结果进行比较;根据实际样品的性质并参考DHA的分析结果,采用自制的具有相同苯含量的标准样品(不含有C9非芳香烃)对不同的切换时间进行考察,再利用重整油(脱丁烷塔底液)对不同的切换时间进行验证,结论如下:对于重整油(脱丁烷塔底液),切换时间在3.6min时是最适合的;但在非芳香烃组中含有C9的异构烷烃,则切换时间会有一点延迟且苯会干扰非芳香族的测定,需根据重整油类型的不同选择不同的测量参数。The accuracy of determination of detailed hydrocarbon classes in reformed gasoline by reformulyzer M3 supplied by AC company was discussed in this paper. Aeenrding to tile sample requirements, P1ONA method recommended by AC company was selected. A raw material by eatalylie reforming of naphtha aromatie hydrocarbons reforming oil （debulanizer bottom） was measured and the result was checked with DHA methods. And the cutting time was checked wilh home-made sample which has similar amount of benzenes （not contain C9 aromatics） according to the nature of the santple and reference of the IMtA results. Also the different cutting time was verified by reh）rming oil （debutanizer bottom）. So the results are as [^-~llows： （ 1 ）A cutting time, 3.6rain is suitable for debutanizer bottom. （2）A eutting time is a little delay and benzene contaminates the non-aromatics if C9 iso-paraffins come nut in the ram-paraffins groups. （3）The PONA parameter should be rechecked and reset according to the tested sample.
