摘　　要：目的探讨161例22～45岁的子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)患者术前生活质量及工作效率的调查分析。方法采用问卷调查对术后诊断为EM年龄在22～45岁的161例患者进行定量研究,包括3个量表:SF-12、EHP-5、WPAI。结果术前4周,EM影响身体健康导致不能完成预期工作103例(64.0%),影响情绪健康导致不能完成预期工作100例(62.1%),身体健康导致工作活动受限105例(65.2%)。疼痛影响工作69例(42.9%),步行困难67例(41.6%)。疼痛控制她们的生活66例(41.0%)。情感改变109例(67.7%),感到缺乏理解的96例(59.6%)。因健康受到的EM的影响,每周损失平均工作时间8.34h。WPAI量表显示:68%的EM患者工作效率受到影响,63.3%的患者日常活动受到干扰。关于EHP-5量表三方面的高影响与低影响在WPAI的范围内其余指标(工作效率降低、干扰日常生活、缺勤、出勤)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 161例22～45岁的EM患者的症状对生活质量及工作效率有负面影响。Objective To investigate the impact of endometriosis symptoms on the quality of life and work productivity. Methods 161 endometriosis patients aged 22 to 45 years old who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 1^st, 2012 to June 30th, 2013 filled out a questionnaire about the impact of endometriosis. The questionnaire include 3 scale： SF- 12, EHP- 5 and WPAI. Results Preoperatively, 103 cases （64.0%） couldn＇t complete their work and 105 （65.2%） cases were restricted from their work by the physical health problem, while 100 cases （62.1%） couldn＇t complete work because of the mental status. As for the impact of pain, 69 of the cases （42.9%） were work restricted, 67 cases （41.6%） even felt difficult to walk because of the severe pain, and 66 cases （41.0%） complained that the pain changed their life. Concerning the psychology, 109 cases （67.7%） were experiencing mood changing and 96 cases （59.6%） thought that nobody knew what they were going through. Concerning the work efficiency according to WPAI, 68% complained that the work productivity was decreased, 63.3% of cases said the disease impacted their daily life activity. Because of the influence of endometriosis, the average loss of working hours was about 8.34 hours per week. Conclusion Endometriosis has negative influence on quality of life and work productivity.
