摘　　要：目的了解广州市海珠区45岁以上中老年人代谢综合征(MS)患病情况和流行特征,为预防MS提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,随机抽取海珠区45岁以上社区居民进行问卷调查,有效调查人数为2 212人,对样本人群进行体格检测,运用《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2007版)》的MS诊断标准对资料进行分析。结果海珠区45岁以上社区人群MS患病率为28.89%(639/2 212)。随着年龄增加,MS患病率呈升高趋势(χ2=72.93,P<0.05)。最常见的MS组合形式为"高甘油三酯血症+高血压+高血糖",占总MS的23.00%。结论广州市海珠区45岁以上中老年人具有较高的MS患病率;血脂、血糖、血压在MS中起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of metabolic syndrome （MS） over the age of 45 in Haizhu district of Guangzhou. Methods Multistage cluster sampling method was used and the participants were interviewed by trained health workers under a structured questionnaire. The number of research subjects was 2 212. The diagnostic criteria of China Adult dyslipidemia Prevention Guide （2007） were used for diagnosis of MS. Results The prevalence of MS was 28.89% and was increased with age （X2=72.93,P〈0.05）. The most common combination of MS individual components were “dislipidemia ＋hypertension ＋hyperglycaemia”,aceounted for 23.00% in 16 MS types. Conclusions High MS prevalence was observed at the age of 45 and above in Haizhu district of Guangzhou. Blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipids were closely related with the prevalence of MS.
