不同护理模式对高尿酸血症患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究对高尿酸血症患者不同护理模式临床效果。方法将我院120例高尿酸血症患者以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组,每组有患者60例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受优化护理。对比2组患者护理后各项指标改善情况。结果观察组患者接受护理后各项指标相对于对照组有显著优越性(P<0.05)。结论对高尿酸血症患者进行个性化护理能够有效降低其尿酸水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different nursing model in patients with hyperuricemia. Methods 120 patients with hyperuricemia to randomLy divided into control group and observation group, each group has 60 patients. The control patients receiving conventional care, the observation group patients receiving optimal care. The 2 groups were compared after care indicators to improve the situation. Results The patients in the observation group received nursing indexes have significant advantages compared with the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with hyperuricemia personalized nursing can effectively reduce the level of uric acid, improve the quality of life.
