摘 要:采用高能球磨方法将经过提纯处理的天然FeS2微米粉体制备了纳米粒子,用SEM、TEM、XRD等测试手段对不同球磨时间的FeS2粉体形貌、晶相结构和粒径尺寸进行了表征,并分析了FeS2正极材料的LiSi/FeS2热电池性能。结果表明:随着球磨时间的延长,FeS2的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,晶相结构没有变化,当球磨时间为30 h时,粒径最小约45 nm。用不同粒径的FeS2粉体装成LiSi/FeS2热电池,分别以0.8 A/cm2和0.2 A/cm2进行单体电池恒流放电性能测试,同时施加脉冲电流进行电池内阻的测试,纳米级FeS2的热电池放电性能和电池内阻分别优于微米级FeS2热电池性能指标。Nano FeS2has been synthesized from micronscale natural pyrite by high-energy ball milling method. The surface morphology,crystalline structure and grain size of FeS2powder with different ball milling time were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and nanostructured FeS2was used as the cathode material in LiSi / FeS2thermal battery. The results indicate that extending milling time brings the crystalline size down further and the grain size of 30 h ball-milled FeS2powder is about 45 nm,and mechanical milling dose not change in structure of single phase pyrite. The FeS2powder with different ball milling time are used as cathode material in LiSi / FeS2thermal batteries. The discharge tests of single cell are performed at constant current density of 0. 8 A / cm2and 0. 2 A / cm2,and pulse current is deliverd on the load to gain the polarization resistance of batteries. The discharge tests show that energy density of nanostructured thermal batteries is higher and the polarization resistance is lower than the conventional counterparts.
