我国排球裁判员注意力的调查研究

摘　　要：注意品质的优劣将直接影响到排球裁判员的执裁能力水平。研究以我国排球裁判员为研究对象,综合运用文献法、心理测量法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对排球裁判员的注意品质展开定量研究,建立了我国排球裁判员注意品质常模,揭示了我国排球裁判员注意品质受裁判级别、性别、年龄、执裁年限因素交互作用共同影响而形成的四个维度特征,以及男、女排球裁判员临场执裁中在注意广度、注意分配、注意稳定和注意转移四个维度特征上表现出来的性别差异。The quality of attention will directly influences the judging ability of volleyball referees. With volleyball referees in China as the research object, this paper comprehensively used literature method, psychological measurement method, question-naire method and mathematical statistics method to study the quality of their attention, established a common model for the quality of volleyball referees＇ attention in China, revealed the four-dimensional characteristics of Chinese volleyball referees＇ attention influenced by factors such as referees＇ ranks, ages, gen-ders, working period, as well as the gender difference of the four-dimensional characteristics, including attention span, atten-tion distribution, attention stability, and attention transfer.
