摘　　要：随着我国高校的不断扩招,毕业生就业难问题也日益突出。一方面经济发达地区、大城市的就业竞争日趋激烈,另一方面欠发达地区则乏人问津,"无业可就"与"有业不就"的现象并存。本文通过托达罗人口流动模型,从收益差异、就业机会、迁移成本的角度对这一问题进行分析,并对实现大学生就业与区域经济、社会需求的和谐发展进行了一定的思考。With the enrollment expansion of China＇s colleges and universities, the employment problems for graduates have been increasingly severe. On one hand, the employment competition is becoming increasingly fierce in big cities or developed areas, on the other hand, underdeveloped areas are unpopular. This paper analyzes this issue through Todaro＇s Model of Population Migra-tion, from the aspects of difference in earnings, employment op-portunities and the migration cost. And then this paper offers some suggestions on graduates,economic development and society needs.
