摘　　要：本文将就十八大报告中提出的"更高质量的就业"的新课题,从更高质量就业的内涵;个人、企业和高校三维度确立的评价指标体系;影响行业应用型高校更高质量就业的因素;实现更高质量就业的路径等四方面加以阐述。Based on the new topic of＂higher quality of employ-ment＂proposed by the report of the 18th CPC National Congress, this paper elaborated this issue from four aspects, including the connotation of higher quality of employment, the evaluation index system determined by the three dimensions of individual, enter-prise and university, the factors affecting the higher quality of employment of industrial application-oriented universities, and ways of realizing higher quality of employment.
