摘　　要：报告1例掌黑癣。患者男,42岁。因左手掌黑斑15 d就诊,无自觉症状。真菌镜检见棕色分隔、分枝菌丝。真菌培养示黑色酵母样菌落生长,镜下为棕色分隔菌丝、大量厚壁孢子。ITS区域DNA序列分析法鉴定为威尼克外瓶霉。外用复方硫酸铜溶液及特比萘芬乳膏后皮损消退。A case of tinea nigra palmaris is reported. A 42-year-old man presented with asymptomatic black macules on his left palm for 15 days. Direct microscopic examination of the lesion showed brownish, branched septate hyphae. Fungal cultures revealed a black yeast-like colony with brown septate hyphae and many chlamydospores under the microscope. It was identi- fied as Hortaea werneckii by sequence analysis of the ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer region. The lesions gradually disappeared after topical administration of compound copper sulfate solution and terbinafine hydrochlofide cream.
