摘　　要：对精细化管理的发展与概念进行了介绍,并在分析城市桥梁施工管理相关特点的基础上,提出了城市桥梁施工精细化管理的原则,同时从员工、进度、质量等方面总结了城市桥梁施工精细化管理的具体措施,最后指出精细化管理是城市桥梁施工管理未来发展的必然趋势。This paper introduced the development and concept of delicacy management,and then it proposed the principles of delicacy manage-ment of bridge construction based on the analysis of related characteristics of bridge construction and management. At the same time,this paper elaborated the specific measures to implement delicacy management in city bridge construction from the people,schedule,quality,and other as-pects,points out that delicacy management is inevitable trend for future development of city bridge construction management.
