摘　　要：在发电厂信息化过程中,由于规划、费用等方面的原因,出现了软件系统多样化的现象,造成了严重的信息孤岛问题和巨大的资源浪费。为此,设计了基于权限及工作流引擎设备管理系统的业务框架平台,实现了基于设备的各类软件模块的扩充。介绍了业务框架平台的功能和业务模块热插拔技术等,并提供了在业务开发的过程中规划模块和功能文件结构以及设计业务页面、发布业务模块和安装拆卸业务模块的方法。In informatization process of power plants,waste of resources and software system di-versification occurred due to shortcomings of planning and cost.In this regard,the equipment-ori-ented business framework platform including authority engine and workflow engine was designed to expand a variety of equipment software modules.Moreover,the function of business framework platform and technology of model hot-plugging was presented,and the process of planning module file hierarchy,planning function file hierarchy,designing business page,releasing business mod-ule,installing,and uninstalling business module was introduced.
