摘　　要：肽聚糖是益生菌细胞壁的主要成分,对机体免疫反应具有调节作用和抗炎作用。本研究综述了益生菌肽聚糖的对机体的免疫刺激作用和影响因素,以及肽聚糖相关物质的应用前景。Peptidoglycan is a main ingredient of cell wall of probiotic bacteria, which can regulate the host＇s immune system and has anti-inflammatory effect. The immunoregulatory effect and influencing factors of prebiotic peptidoglycan as well as its application prospects are reviewed in this paper.
