摘　　要：在分析核心网的演进趋势以及固网改造面临的问题和挑战的基础上,提出了利用IMS进行固网改造的方案,并讨论了传统固网向IMS和固定移动融合网络演进的策略和步骤。Based on the research of the core network evolution trends and the associated difficulties and chal enges on the fixed network transformation, it proposes a solution on the fixed network transformation based on IMS, and discusses the strategy and pro-cedure on the evolution of traditional fixed network to IMS and fixed mobile converged network.
