摘　　要：目的比较和总结国内外临床药师对糖尿病患者提供临床药物服务的模式,寻找国内外差距,为我国药师参与糖尿病患者临床药学服务提供参考。方法总结国内外有关临床药师对糖尿病患者提供药学服务的相关文献及资料,分析我国临床药师在糖尿病药学服务中的不足,探讨未来发展方向。结果与结论我国目前已在部分医院(包括社区医院)开展了针对糖尿病患者的药学服务工作,但尚未有一定的统一规范可循,开展服务的范围和内容与发达国家相比尚有差距。我国应从指南和诊疗规范层面强调和凸显药师的作用,并进一步拓宽临床药师参与糖尿病患者药学服务的范围和内容。OBJECTIVE To compare and summarize the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical care patterns for diabetic patients, identify their difference, and provide reference for Chinese clinical pharmacists who provide pharmaceutical care for patients with diabetes mellitus. METHODS The newest literature of China and foreign countries on clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care for patients with diabetes mellitus was summarized, the deficiency of the pharmaceutical care provided by Chinese clinical, pharmacists was analyzed, and the future development direction was discussed. RESULTS AND CONCLUTION Pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients has been developed in some hospitals （including community hospitals） in China, but there are no unified standard or guideline which can be referred to. Compared with developed countries, there exists a gap in the scope and content of pharmaceutical care provided by Chinese pharmacists. The role of pharmacists should be highlighted and emphasized in the perspective of guideline and standard, and the scope and content of the pharmaceutical care for diabetic patients should be broadened.
