摘  要:目的 建立氯霉素滴眼液中硫柳汞和苯基汞防腐剂的含量测定方法 。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent苯基柱[Zorbax Eclipse XDB-phenyl(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)],0.05 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至5.5)-乙腈(82∶18)为流动相,流速为1.2 mL·min^-1,检测波长为220 nm。结果 硫柳汞和醋酸苯汞在2-100μg·mL^-1之间呈良好的线性关系(r〉0.999 0),硫柳汞的平均回收率≥96.9%,醋酸苯汞的平均回收率≥99.1%。结论 本法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于药品中有机汞防腐剂的控制。OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of thimerosal and phenylmercuric compounds in chloramphenicol eye drops. METHODS The analysis was performed on a phenyl-column with an ion-suppress mobile phase system consisting of 0. 05 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH adjusted to 5.5 with triethylamine)/acetonitrile ( 82: 18, V/V) at a flow rate of 1.2 mL · min^-1 at 220 nm. RESULTS The established method had good linearity within the concentration range of 2.0 - 100 μg ·mL^-1 ( r 〉 0. 999 0) for thimerosal and phenylmercuric acetate, with average recoveries of ≥96. 9% for thimerosal and ≥99. 1% for phenylmercuric acetate. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and specific for determination of thimerosal and phenylmercuric compounds in chloramphenicol eye drops.
