摘　　要：至2013年底,桃源水电站移民搬迁安置和专业项目迁改建工程的现场工作已基本完成,征地补偿协议已全部签订,生产安置已完成近80%。补偿资金的支付基本满足移民安置工程形象进度要求,移民补偿投资目标始终处于受控状态,有望达到移民安置补偿费用不突破可研阶段设计概算的投资控制目标。实践表明,对于移民投资,保证规划深度是重要基础;完善的实施管理体制和高效的运行机制是基本保障;配套、完备的政策体系和规章制度是规范管理的依据;项目法人参与是不可或缺的重要条件。也是参建各方紧密配合的结果。By the end of 2013, the resettlement and relocation projects of Taoyuan Hydropower Station have been basically completed, the compensation agreements of land acquisition have been signed, and the nearly 80% of production projects for resettlement has been completed. The payment of compensation funds can meet the basic requirements of resettlement project construction and the resettlement compensation investment is always in control. The resettlement investment is expected to be controlled in design budget of teasibility study. The revelations of resettlement include right plan being an important foundation, sound management system and efficient implementation being the basic guarantee, complete policy system and regulatory being the basis of resettlement investment management, the participation of project owner being an indispensable condition, and close cooperation of all construction parties nrovidin~ a ~ood environmenL
