摘　　要：目的：探讨前置胎盘期待疗法的护理措施及其效果。方法：对53例前置胎盘患者行期待疗法期间在常规护理的基础上,采取强化心理护理、控制感染、抑制宫缩、病情观察、急救配合等综合护理措施。结果：53例延长孕龄8~32 d,无孕产妇死亡,新生儿存活率100%。结论：对前置胎盘期待疗法中的孕妇提供全方位、细致周到的高水平护理服务,既可以保证孕产妇安全,又可以降低围生儿死亡率。Objective： To investigate the care measures of placenta previa expectant treatment and its effects. Methods： Fifty-three cases with placenta previa were nursed with the comprehensive care（ including strengthening psychological care,controlling infection,inhibiting uterine contraction,observing the disease and emergency rescue） based on the routine nursing during the expectant treatment. Results： The gestational ages of 53 cases were prolonged 8 to 32 days. No pregnant woman died,and the neonatal survival rate was 100%. Conclusions： Providing comprehensive and high level care for the pregnant women with placenta previa during the expectant treatment can ensure them safety and reduce the perinatal mortality.
