摘 要:采用综合热重分析法,对造纸污泥、稻草及其混合物的燃烧特性及动力学进行研究,结果表明:造纸污泥的燃烧曲线存在3个明显失重峰,分别对应于水分的析出、不同挥发分的析出燃烧、少量固定碳及难燃有机物的燃烧;污泥的着火温度只比稻草高5.1℃;在污泥中加入稻草对着火特性影响不大,但能明显降低污泥的燃尽温度;污泥和稻草的活化能分别在97.0~203.7 kJ/mol和132.6~253.0 kJ/mol之间,且随转化率的增大呈先减小后增大的趋势;混合物的平均活化能并非随着污泥比例的增加而单调递增.In this paper,the combustion characteristics and the kinetics of paper mill sludge,straw and their mix-ture were investigated by means of comprehensive thermogravimetric analysis.The results indicate that (1 )there exist three obvious weightlessness peaks in the combustion curve of paper mill sludge,which correspond to the moisture exhalation,the combustion and exhalation of different volatiles,and the combustion of a small amount of fixed carbon and nonflammable organic matters;(2 )the ignition temperature of paper mill sludge is only 5 .1℃higher than that of straw;(3)the addition of straw in the sludge has little effect on the ignition characteristics but significantly decreases the burnout temperature of the sludge;(4)the activation energies of sludge and straw first decrease and then increase with the increase of conversion rate,and vary in the ranges of 97.0~203.7 kJ/mol and 132.6~253.0 kJ/mol,respectively;and (5)the average activation energy of the mixture of paper mill sludge and straw does not monotonically increase with the dosage of paper mill sludge.
