摘　　要：图书馆服务创新可以根据所依赖的主导性资源,划分为"文献依赖型""技术支持型"和"文化创意主导型"三种类型。"文献依赖型"服务创新重视提高文献信息资源的保障水平,强调文献信息资源的建设与共享;"技术支持型"服务创新追求服务的便捷与高效,强调技术的创新与应用;"文化创意主导型"服务创新致力于通过一系列文化创意设计,满足用户多元化的知识和文化生活需求。通过"基于设计的研究(DBR)"以及相关的测度指标体系,可以为"文化创意主导型"服务创新绩效评估提供客观的、可检验的数据支持。Library service innovation can be divided into three categories： ＂ literature-dependent＂, ＂technical support＂ and ＂cultural-creativity oriented＂, according to its dominant resources. Service innovation of ＂literature dependent＂ stresses the assurance of literature and information resources, thus paying attention to the construction and the sharing of literature and information resources; ＂technical support＂ service innovation seeks for convenience and efficiency, emphasizing the innovation and application of technology; ＂cultural-creativity oriented＂ service innovation turns to series of cultural creativity designs to satisfy the diverse needs of user＇s knowledge and cultural life. Based on DBR and other measure index system, it is possible to give an objective and verifiable data support for the performance evaluation of ＂cultural-creativity oriented＂ service innovation.
