红景天制剂的研究进展

摘　　要：目的总结红景天在制剂方面的研究进展,为合理开发红景天提供参考。方法通过查阅大量近几年红景天在制剂方面的书籍、文献及专利,并结合本课题组的研究经验和研究现状,进行总结概述。结果红景天有效成分明确,新的制剂技术的发展能使其临床应用效果更加显著。结论虽然红景天新制剂品种众多,但是临床应用较少,对其主要有效成分红景天苷及酪醇进行深入地生物药剂学和药动学研究,对制剂的开发利用非常重要。Objective To summarize the research progress on pharmaceutical preparations of Hongjingtian ,which could be useful for the further research .Methods Literatures about Hongjingtian in books ,journals and patents were analyzed ,and the progress of the pharmaceutical preparations was summarized .Results The active ingredients of Hongjingtian are clearly known and searching for new pharmaceutical preparations of Hongjingtian is helpful for clinical .Conclusion Although so many Hongjingtian prepara-tions existed ,few was used in clinic .In order to better utilize the preparations ,it is necessary to study the biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics of salidroside and tyrosot .
