摘　　要：该文首先分析了GIS在城市规划领域应用所面临的三个问题,即数据共享机制不完善、GIS与规划专业结合的深度不够以及GIS工具使用难度较大。之后剖析了地理设计的思想,提出并实现了清华地理设计系统。最后,介绍了该系统在"昆明滇池流域景观风貌保护规划"中应用的案例。通过该应用案例表明,该系统可使规划设计与规划分析有效地结合起来,从而提升了规划设计的效率和规划成果的科学性。First of all, three problems on the application of GIS in urban planning are discussed in this paper, including incomplete data sharing mechanism, inadequate combination of GIS with planning and problems in using GIS software. Then the idea of Geodesign is analyzed, based on this system, named Tsinghua Geodesign System, is proposed and implemented. Finally, a case of the application of the system in the landscape conservation planning of Kunming Dianchi basin is introduced. Through the case it shows that the system is a powerful design tool which can enhance the efficiency of planning and the rationality of planning results by combining planning design and planning analysis effectively.
