摘　　要：通过对大阪站北区城市再开发项目一期与二期开发的分析,从再开发制度与流程入手,梳理再开发理念、交通设施更新、土地利用规划与空间景观规划,探讨城市更新背景下,以枢纽地区为代表的城市中心区如何利用再开发契机激发城市活力、重塑城市形象、寻找利于枢纽开发的新模式。By analyzing the redevelopment project Phase 1 ＆ Phase 2 of Osaka station north district, and based on the research of its redevelopment principles ＆ process, redevelopment concepts, renovation of transport infrastructure, land use planning ＆ space landscape planning, the study aims to explore how central regions, mainly represented by hub regions, advance the redevelopment to activate the city, rebuild the city image, and discover the new model of hub development.
