摘 要:[目的]水杨羟肟酸(SHAM)是一种旁路氧化酶抑制剂,试验以柑橘青霉菌、柑橘绿霉菌、柑橘炭疽菌作为对象,研究SHAM是否对Strobilurin类杀菌剂具有增效作用。[方法]采用生长速率测定法和考马斯亮蓝法。[结果]当含有醚菌酯或肟菌酯的培养基中分别加入100 mg/L的SHAM后,醚菌酯和肟菌酯对3种病原真菌的EC50值分别下降93.4%、95.7%、99.6%和55.6%、28.1%、67.9%(P<0.05),3种病原菌的菌丝体内可溶性蛋白含量也明显降低(P<0.05)。结果表明SHAM对醚菌酯或肟菌酯的抑菌活性具有增效作用。[Aims] Salicylichydroxamic acid (SHAM) is a kind of bypass oxidase inhibitor. In the experiment, three pathogens separated from citrus, Penicillium italicum, P. digitatum and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were cultured to evaluate the synergistic effects of SHAM with strobilurin fungicides including kresoxim-methyl or trifloxystrobin. [Methods] The study was conducted through the mycelium growth rate method and the Coomassie brilliant blue G-250. [Results] When 100 mg/L of SHAM were separately added into the mediums, the EC50 of kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin inhibiting P. italicum, P. digitatum, C. gloeosponoides mycelia growth could be reduced by 93.4, 95.7, 99.6% and 55.6, 28.1, 67.9% (P〈0.05), and the contents of soluble protein were significantly declined in the three fungi bodies at the same time (P〈0.05). The results showed that SHAM could improve the antibacterial activity of two strobilurins.
