摘  要:采用还原剂NaHSO3预处理保毛脱毛牛毛,碱性条件下水解的牛毛角蛋白复鞣填充材料。考察了NaHSO3用量、预处理时间、NaOH用量、水解时间、水解温度对水解液固含量、牛毛水解率、角蛋白相对分子质量的影响。正交试验得出最佳水解条件为:液固比12,水解温度75℃,NaHSO3用量25%,预处理时间60 min,NaOH用量10%,水解时间6 h。利用FT-IR、TGA和GPC解析水解产物的结构和组成,水解产物含有相对分子质量为2040Da的多肽和少量41067 Da、14634 Da的大分子。Cow hair keratin retanning and filling material was prepared by preprocessing cow hair obtained from hairsaving unhairing process with deoxidizer of sodium bisulfite and hydrolyzing under alkaline condition. Some influencing factors of solid content, hydrolysis rate and relative molecular mass such as the amount of sodium bisulfite and sodium hydroxide, pretreatment time , hydrolytic time and hydrolytic temperature were studied . Conditions of hydrolysis for cow hair with sodium hydroxide were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 12, hydrolytic temperature 75℃, sodium bisu/f/te 25%, pretreatment time 60 min, sodium hydroxide 10W ,hydrolytic time 6 h. The constituent and structure of keratin were character by FF-IR, TGA and GPC, and it was found that the keratin primarily contains constituent whose molecular weight is 2040 Da, and it also contains a small quantity of constituent whose molecular weight are 1067 Da and 14634 Da.
