摘 要:以菌丝生长速度、羧甲基纤维素酶活性和滤纸酶活性为指标,在20%、40%、60%、80%、90%葡萄蔓取代杂木屑的培养料中对九种食药用菌进行生长筛选,结果表明,韩芝HG(Ganoderma lucidum)在各个比例的配方中对纤维素的酶解能力最高,菌丝生长最快。在初筛基础上子实体栽培实验结果表明,韩芝在60%葡萄蔓、30%木屑、9%麸皮、1%生石灰培养料中产量和生物转化率都高于常规培养料。Mycelial growth rates and extracellular cellulase activities(CMCase and FPase)of nine species of edible and medicinal mushrooms were determined during cultivation on substrates supplemented with 20-90%grape vine trimmings.Highest growth rates and enzyme activities were recorded with Ganoderma lucidum(strain HG)when cultivated on a substrate containing 60% vine trimmings,30% sawdust,9% wheat bran and 1%lime.Under these conditions,fruit body yields and biological efficiency values were similar to those recorded with a control substrate without vine trimmings and containing 90%sawdust.
