摘　　要：大学生先进典型教育就是充分挖掘和整合"身边人、身边事"的闪光点,用这些鲜活的素材激励、引导大学生,是开展大学生思想政治教育最直接有效的方法和手段。发挥大学生先进典型的作用就是引导其他大学生"与榜样同行"。大学生先进典型教育具有独特的优势和巨大的力量,原因就在于,亲和力赋予大学生先进典型生命、感召力赋予大学生先进典型灵性、示范力赋予大学生先进典型力量。大学生先进典型教育的研究对于主流文化建设意义重大。Undergraduates Advanced Model Education is to find and integrate the sparking points of ＂people and things around＂, so as to encourage and guide the students with these vivid materials. This is the most direct and effective method and means for their ideological and political education. The role in setting up such models is to guide other students to ＂follow the role models＂. This typical advanced education has unique advantages and great power. The reasons are： affinity gives life to these Model students; emotional appeal gives them spirituality; demonstration gives them power. The research in students＂ Advanced Model Education is of great significance for the mainstream culture development.
