摘　　要：在铁路工程建设中,投资控制贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段,但勘察设计阶段是控制投资的关键阶段。在勘察设计阶段影响工程投资的因素和环节很多,此文对主要影响因素进行分析,并以几项已建工程进行对比和验证。在此基础上,提出各专业在勘察设计中控制投资的思路,以及编制概预算控制投资的建议。In the construction of railway engineering, investment control runs through all stages of engineering con strucfion, but the survey and design stage is the key to control the investment stage. In the survey and de sign phase, There are a lot of factors influencing the engineering investment. In this article, the main in fluence factors are analyzed, then it is compared and validated by several built engineering. On this ba sis, the thought of controlling investment for each major and the suggestions of compiling budget estimate and controlling investment is put forward.
