摘　　要：从强化组织机构、建章立制、专家把关、精心协调等几方面阐述了切实强化过程管理,加强设备订货质量和效率,通过规范设备技术谈判阶段的过程管理,充分整合、最大限度地发挥公司设备专业技术支撑作用。同时引入全寿命周期费用理念,有效控制设备、备件及材料的质量,努力实现"标准化、系列化、通用化",探索出具有公司特色的设备采购专业化管理模式,不断提高设备安全经济运行可靠度。From several aspects such as strengthening organization, building rules and regulations, expert control, careful coordination and so on, the article elaborates as follows： practically strengthening process management, strengthening the equipment order quality and efficiency, through normalizing of the process management in equipment technical negoti ation phase, integrati ng in full and maximizing the company’s equipment professional and technical support. It also introduces whole life cycle cost concept at the same time, with which Tianjin Petrochemical can eff ecti vely control the quality of the equipment, spare parts and materials and make great efforts to achieve the standardization, seriation and generalization, so as to explore an equipment procurement professional management mode with its own characteristics and continuously improve equipment safety and economic operation reliability.
