摘　　要：低碳发展是旅游目的地应对全球气候变化、能源安全问题与生态文明建设的重要举措,探索低碳发展模式有助于推动目的地旅游业节能减排与可持续发展。首先将生态因素引入旅游地可持续发展系统中,构建旅游地4E系统(能源Energy-经济Economy-生态Ecology-环境Environment)。其次,提出旅游地旅游产业低碳发展模式的构建须遵循因地制宜、综合协调、综合效益最大化、可持续性与节能减排优先5个原则。第三,从构建依据、发展理念、发展手段与发展目标等方面提出旅游地旅游业低碳发展模式的构建思路。最后,以旅游产业能源系统、旅游地生态系统、旅游地环境系统与低碳旅游经济系统为核心,构建基于4E系统的旅游地旅游业低碳发展模式。Low carbon development is the important measure to cope with global climate change,energy security and ecological civilization construction for tourist destination.Exploring the model of low carbon development could promote the energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development for tourism industry on tourist destination.Firstly,the ecological factor was introduced into the system of sustainable development on tourism destination,and the 4E（Energy-Economy-Ecology-Environment） system of destination was built.Secondly,the five principles on constructing the low carbon development model on tourism industry for destination were put forward as following：adjusting measures to local conditions,comprehensive coordination,maximizing the comprehensive benefit,sustainability,energy conservation and emissions reduction be preferred.Thirdly,the thought on low carbon development model for tourism industry in destination was built from the following：construction basis,development idea,development methods and development goals.Finally,the mode of low carbon transition development for tourism industry based on 4E system was constructed from the followings four aspects：the energy system of tourism industry,the ecosystem of tourist destination,the environment of tourist destination and the low carbon economy system.
