摘　　要：学生寝室在学生学习和生活中的地位日益凸显,而部分学生寝室"脏、乱、差"现象依然存在。为把寝室建设成为高校育人的重要阵地,需要借鉴西方教育发达国家学生寝室管理的经验,结合中国高等教育发展的实际,建设服务、管理、权益维护"三位一体"管理模式和工作机制。The reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities makes student bedrooma more important in their daily study and life which seem to be turned into the first society, or the second houses, or the third classrooms. It is investigated that there still exist dirty, disorder and bad conditions in some of their bedrooms if checked from the angle of hygiene. In order to make their bedrooms into the important location of fostering students, colleges and universities are sup- posed, starting with the reality of higher education development in China, to improve the management mode and working mechanism in which the three aspects of service, management and rights protection are involved by use as reference of the dormitory management experience of developed countries in westem education.
