摘　　要：用社会主义核心价值体系引领资本运行,就是要对资本掌管者进行教育和锻造,健全法律法规,加强民主监督,强化制度正义,并发挥多种力量的作用,引导资本良性发展并造福于民。The capital operation under the guidance of socialist core value system is meant to make capital controllers ed- ucated and cultivated and exert to make capital itself virtuously circled for the benefit of people by establishing laws and reg- ulations and strengthening democracy and supervision as well as the justice of the system.
