益心解毒方对Ameroid缩窄环致气虚血瘀小型猪证候表征的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价益心解毒方对Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪气虚血瘀证表征的影响。方法:巴马小型猪22只,采用左冠状动脉前降支放置缩窄环的方式制备小型猪慢性心肌缺血心功能不全模型,按随机数字表法分为模型组、地高辛组、益心解毒方组,每组6只,另制备假手术动物4只。于术后第4周开始分别给予口服地高辛和益心解毒方,持续8周。于给药后第2、4、8周末,从动物一般状态,舌、鼻盘、足底色度改变等方面对动物气虚血瘀证表征进行评价。结果:给药前,模型组、地高辛组、益心解毒方组动物证候积分显著升高,舌、鼻盘、前蹄色度与假手术组比较改变显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);给药后4周及8周,益心解毒方组与模型组比较,多项指标显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益心解毒方能够显著改善Ameroid缩窄环致心功能不全小型猪气虚血瘀证表征。Objective： To study the effect of Yixin Jiedu on the syndrome in small pigs with qi deficiency and blood stasis caused by Ameroid narrow ring. Methods ： Animal models of qi deficiency and blood stasis were induced by Ameroid narrow ring, and were randomly divided into model group, digoxin group and Yixinjiedu group with 6 in each group, sham operation group with d. Digoxin and Yixin Decoction was orally administration was began at 4 weeks for 8 weeks, after surgery. The general condition, activity, colorimetric analysis on images of nasal plate, tongue and plantar were undertake, at the end of the 2th , 4^th , and 8^th week after administration. Results： Compared with sham group, animals in model group, digoxin and Yixinjiedu group was significantly higher in symptom scores, and tongue, nasal plate, and plantar color also changed significantly compared with the sham group, before administration. （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. At the 4^th and 8^th week after administration, the syndrome parameters were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） in Yixinjiedu treated animals when compare with the model animals. Conclusion： Yixinjiedu can regulate the general condition, activity, colorimetric analysis on images of nasal plate, tongue and plantar in Ameroid narrow ring caused heart failure small pigs, and it is an effective drug in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis caused by myocardial ischemia.
