摘  要:目的:探讨捏脊对大鼠动静力失衡颈椎病模型纤维环细胞的影响。方法:将SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、捏脊组和莫比可组。治疗1月后取材,运用免疫组化测基质金属蛋白酶-l(MMP-1)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、细胞外信号调节蛋白激酶1/2(ERK1/2)、蛋白激酶B(Akt)表达的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组MMP-1、MMP-3阳性表达明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,捏脊组MMP-1、MMP-3显著降低(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组Akt、ERK1/2明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,捏脊组Akt、ERK1/2阳性细胞数升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:捏脊疗法可以下调退变椎间盘纤维环细胞MMP-1、MMP-3及上调纤维环细胞中Akt、ERK1/2蛋白表达,从而改善颈椎间盘退变。Objective : To explore the impacts of spine pinching on the annulus fibrosus cells in the rat model of cervical spondylosis with dynamic and static imbalance force. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including a pinching spine group, a meloxicam group, a model group and a blank group. After treatment of 1 month, the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 ( MMP-1 ) , matrix metalloproteinase-3 ( MMP-3 ), extracellular signal regulated protein kinase (ERK1/2), protein kinase B (Akt) proteins in the annulus fibrosus cells were detected by immunohistochemical. Results:The expression of MMP-1, MMP-3 proteins in the model group were significantly increased than the blank group (P 〈 0.05 ), and after chiropractics treatment, MMP-1, MMP-3 proteins markedly decreased than the model group (P 〈 0. 05). Compared with the blank group, the expression of Akt, ERK1 /2 proteins in the model group were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05) , and compared with the model group, the expression of Akt, ERK1 /2 proteins in the pinching spine group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Spine pinching can down-regulate expression of MMP-1, MMP-3 proteins and up-regulate expression of Akt, ERK1 /2 proteins, so as to improve the cervical intervertebral disc degeneration.
