摘　　要：目的:研究远近配穴法针刺对实验性偏头痛大鼠模型血浆中CGRP及ET-1浓度的影响。方法:皮下注射硝酸甘油注射剂造成实验性偏头痛大鼠模型,经针刺治疗后,采用放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的含量变化。结果:远近配穴法针刺可以显著降低模型大鼠血浆CGRP含量,显著升高ET-1含量。结论:提示远近配穴法针刺实验性偏头痛大鼠模型,可能通过血管神经内分泌机制控制偏头痛发作。Objective ： To study the effect of combination of adjacent and remote acupoints on plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP in experimental rats with migraine. Methods ： Using nitroglycerin method replicating experimental rat model with migraine, and observed the effect of combination of adjacent and remote acupoints on ET-1 and CGRP levels in experimental rats with migraine by ELISA. Results：Compared with the model group, the plasma ET-1 and CGRP level of combination of adjacent and remote acupoints group were increased and decreased significantly, respectively. Conclusion：It is indicates that combination of adjacent and remote acupoints treating migraine is relevant to modulating CGRP and ET-1 level in plasma.
