摘 要:在信号分析仪器中,YIG滤波器应用于射频通路前端以有效滤除镜频信号。由于它是一种由磁性材料研制而成的可调谐带通滤波器,涡流、电感、磁滞特性决定了其快速调谐过程中频率响应总是滞后于调谐电流,严重影响了信号分析仪扫描速度的提升。根据YIG滤波器特性及提供激励源驱动电路特点,提出了驱动补偿概念,用驱动补偿抵消磁滞效应带来的滞后。重点介绍了点补偿、扫补偿等驱动补偿的实现方法。通过在某型号信号分析仪上验证,结果表明采用该方案可有效地实现YIG滤波器的快速调谐,可将信号分析仪的扫描速度提高到200MHz/ms,有效改善了信号分析仪的测量效率。The YIG filter is applied in the front of RF channel for it's effectively use in removing mirror frequency signal in the signal analyzer. However, as it is a kind of bandpass filter made by magnetic materials, its properties of eddy current, induction and hysteresis determined that the frequency response is always lag behind the tuning drive current in the process of fast tuning, which, seriously affects the promotion of sweep speed of the signal analyzer. Based on the property of drive circuitry and the characteristics of the YIG filter, we put forward a concept of driving compensation in the article, which can offset the lag caused by hysteresis effect. The results of experiment made to a certain model of signal analyzer proved that the turning speed of the YIG filter can be hoisted to 200 MHz/ms, which greatly improve the sweep speed of the signal analyzer.
