摘　　要：在多元文化视野下,大学思想政治教育工作与当代文化思潮是一个既相互联系、并存发展,又彼此独立、竞争博弈的矛盾统一体。从文化层面上探索互动规律,确立文化生态观、构建人文大思路、实施文化互动发展的新战略,促进大学思想政治教育工作的推动和发展。In the vision of cultural field,the ideological and political education work in universities and contemporary culture ideological trend are interdependent,inclusive,and complementary,but meanwhile they are mutually separated,isolated,and are growing together with competition.From a cultural level,by analyzing the interaction between the law of the development,this paper has important strategic significance for the universities to raise the self-consciousness and competitiveness on ideological and political education work culture and enhance the adaptability of the work with focus,innovation and practical results.
