摘　　要：档案价值在理论上是客观稳定的 ,但这一价值的实现则需要经过理性与感性的统一。当前档案馆的冷落局面说明 ,档案价值在其实现过程 (价值化过程 )中出现了错位。档案与档案信息的价值化过程中 ,起影响作用的因素主要来自三个方面 :档案信息传递者、档案信息接收者、档案信息自身属性。档案部门的重要任务之一 ,在于如何对档案信息作恰当处理 ,使其顺应社会的需求变化 ,从不同角度层次 ,为利用者提供服务。Archival value is objective and steady in theory, but realizat ion of which must unite the perceptual and rational. The present situation of un frequented archives shows there is a dislocation in the process of realizing the archival value. In the process of realizing the value of archives and archival information, there are three influential factors: the archival information trans mitters, the archival information receivers, and the quality of archival informa tion itself. One of the important task for the archival departments is how to de al with properly the archival information, make it conform to the changes of soc ial demand, and from different angle and level serve the users.
