摘　　要：重特大灾害应急决策需要快速响应的情报体系提供支撑,而中国现阶段有关应急响应情报体系协同联动的研究和实践都存在不足。应构建基于决策体系、保障体系、指挥体系和控制体系的协同联动机制,优化协同联动的运行环境和全流程。Emergency decision-making in major disasters requires quick response intelligence system to provide important information, but now there are not adequate research or practice in the collaboration and linkage of emergency response intelligence system. Collaboration and linkage mechanism of quick response intelligence system should be established based on collaborative decision-making system, security system, command system and control system, and should be optimized process. through the operating environment and the entire process.
