公共健康服务视域下高校体育教师职业化模型构建研究

摘　　要：随着学校体育现代化进程的不断推进,学校体育教师的职业化模型构建也越发凸出和重要。运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,以高校体育教师、学生为调查对象,试图构建公共服务背景下高校体育教师职业化模型。研究认为:从三个模块研究,一是职业专业能力、二是职业方法能力、三是职业社会能力。从公共健康服务视域下构建现代体育教师职业化模型对于转变体育教师职业角色,促进校园体育文化,提升学生终身体育意识具有重要的价值和意义。As the process of PT in schools goes further, it gets more important to set up a professional model made up of 3 aspects, namely, professional capability, professional methodology and professional social ability is of important value and significance for transforming PE teachersJroles, enhancing PT culture on campus, and elevating students＇life -long sense of physical model for PT teachers in schools. Through relative literature, enquiries, statistical analysis, and taking PT teachers and students in colleges as research subjects, we can set up professional models for college PT teachers with public service as the background.
