摘　　要：以城市化进程中城乡基本公共服务均衡配置问题为研究对象，分别从教育、基本医疗卫生事业、公共基础设施（主要包括道路、交通、公交站点）以及社会保障四个方面选取指标，建立指标体系，并采集1978～2011年数据进行实证分析。研究结果发现，中国城乡基本公共服务的配置由以往城乡分割逐步转变为城乡统筹，同时，在今后城市化发展过程中，城乡基本公共服务配置应重点考虑基础设施和生活环境治理与改善，以及农村经济水平的提高。Targeting on its balanced allocation, the paper studied the urban-rural basic public services in the process of urbanization from 4 perspectives, as education, basic medical or health services, public infrastructure （including roads, transport, bus stops） and social security selected indicators. Through establishing the index system and then collecting the data from 1978 to 2011, results obtained from empirical analysis found that the allocation of the urban-rural basic public services of China has gradually transformed form urban-rural split into urban-rural coordination. It is also indicated that, in future, the further allocation of the urban-rural basic public services should be focused on the infrastructure configuration and the living environment improvement, as well as the rural economy upgrade.
