广西港口保税物流对腹地经济区域辐射作用研究

摘　　要：近年来,广西逐步形成了以钦州保税港为核心,以南宁保税物流中心、凭祥综合保税区、北海出口加工区为纽带的保税物流网络,促进了广西区内桂林、柳州、崇左等内陆城市以及云南、贵州、重庆、四川等后方腹地区域的进出口贸易。当前,广西保税港物流对腹地经济区域的辐射作用还不明显,存在交通不畅、保税业务单调、物流成本过高等问题,针对这些问题,应该采取行之有效的相关措施。In recent years, Guangxi has gradually established the bonded logistics network featuring with Qinzhou Bonded Port as the core and including Nanning Bonded Logistics Center, Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Beihai Export-oriented Processing Zone, which promote the import and export trade for other inland cities such as Guilin,Liuzhou and Chongzuo as well as other hinterland regions such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing and Sichuan provinces.However, Guangxi's bonded logistics does not show obvious radiation effect on the hinterland economic regions. There are problems such as poor traffic, single bonded business and high logistics costs. Effective measures need to be taken to address these problems.
