摘　　要：近年来的民间文学类非物质文化遗产保护田野实践,从不同维度展现了民间文学类文化遗产的复杂样态,以往使用的"传承人"、"语境"、"文本生产"等被建构出来用以学术表述的概念,已难覆盖研究对象,不具有永恒的意义。本文认为,应该对近年来的相关田野实践与学术发现予以充分关注,将这一文化事象所呈现出的多层次、多元化、非中心化、差异性以及不确定性等特点纳入当下的学术参照与研究框架,以推动相关研究更接近事实本身。In recent years,fieldwork of oral literature in intangible cultural heritage protection have presented varied dimensions and showed its complex shapes and forms. The former academic concepts using inheritor,context,text production etc. can no longer cover the research objects. The author asserts that the recent fieldworks and academic discoveries should be given full attention. An amended and more effective research framework should be built to reflect the features of oral literature,such as multilevel,diversification,decentralization,diversity and uncertainty,in order to promote the related research to get closer to the truth.
