摘　　要：由重大工程而导致的移民问题,是当前中国社会稳定风险的主要来源。社会稳定风险防范的核心是利益分享与社会整合。利益分享使移民参与重大工程收益成果的分享,有利于满足其利益诉求,降低其相对剥夺感,从而增加和谐因素。如何整合社会资源及正确处理市场化背景下民众的权利问题是新时期社会稳定风险控制面临的新挑战。利益分享与社会整合是协调社会矛盾与冲突、防范社会稳定风险以及重塑社会管理的基本理念和方向。The present social stability risk is mainly attributed to the migration question which is resulted from key projects. The core on prevention of the social stability risk is the interest sharing and society integration. The in terest sharing is to make the imgrations share the profits of major projects, and make them satisfied with the interest, so as to reduce their deprived feeling and increase harmonious factors. It is a new challenge to prevention of social stability risk in the new period for the integration about the resources of society and the treatment on the public rights. The interest sharing and social integration is the basic idea and direction that coordinate social contradiction, control of social stability risk, and reconstruct social management.
